The terms we work on

AGGENT ESTATETECH PRIVATE LIMITED is a real estate consultancy based in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, working across Delhi-NCR on new launches, resale and rentals. We act as an intermediary between buyers, sellers, tenants, landlords and developers. We are not the developer, owner or lender for any property we show.

Prices, sizes, availability, possession dates, floor plans, images and videos on this site are indicative and come from developers, owners and public sources. They can change without notice and may differ from the final agreement for a property. Always verify details, including RERA registration on the UP RERA portal, before paying any money.

Images and videos are for representation. Computer-generated views and sample flats may differ from the finished property.

Nothing on this site is an offer, a guarantee of availability, or legal, tax or investment advice. Property values can go down as well as up, and no return is guaranteed.

When you submit an enquiry, request a brochure or call-back, or chat with us, you confirm that the details are yours and accurate, and you authorise us to contact you about your requirement by phone, SMS, RCS, email and WhatsApp, as set out in our Privacy Policy. You can withdraw this at any time.

You agree not to submit false enquiries, to use automated tools on the site, or to misuse our contact channels.

Our fee, if any, depends on the transaction and is agreed with you in writing before it applies. Unless agreed otherwise, we are not paid by you for new-launch bookings; the developer pays us. For resale and rental transactions, brokerage is as agreed between the parties and us before the transaction. Government charges such as stamp duty, registration and GST are separate and payable by you.

Any booking, agreement to sell, lease or payment is between you and the developer, owner or landlord. We help you reach and complete it, but we are not a party to it and are not responsible for its performance, delays in construction or possession, or the condition of the property.

Pay booking amounts and consideration only to the developer or owner named in the agreement, never to an individual's personal account. Do not pay our fee in cash; ask for a receipt.

The content, design, photographs and videos on aggent.in belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share pages for personal use; you may not copy listings or media for commercial use without our written permission.

We try to keep the site accurate and available but do not promise that it is error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on information on the site.

If something has gone wrong, write to support@aggent.in and we will respond within 7 working days. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, have jurisdiction.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
