How we handle your details

Details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the property or area you are interested in, your budget or timeline, and anything you write in an enquiry, a chat, a brochure request or a call-back request.

Details from property portals and advertising platforms: when you respond to our listing or advertisement on 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) or Google, that platform passes your contact details and your enquiry to us.

Details collected automatically: pages you visit on aggent.in, the device and browser you use, and approximate location from your IP address. We use this to keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful.

To respond to your enquiry and help you buy, sell or rent a property, including sharing property details, arranging site visits and following up on your requirement.

To contact you about your enquiry and about properties that match it. When you tick the consent box on our forms, you authorise us to do this by SMS, RCS, phone call, email and WhatsApp. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying STOP, or by writing to us at the address below.

To keep records that the law requires of a real estate agent, including under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016.

To improve the website and our service. We do not sell your details to anyone.

Our sales team, so that the right person can call you back. Each enquiry is assigned to one team member and is visible to that person, their team lead and our management.

Developers and property owners, only when you ask us to arrange a visit, a booking or a negotiation for a specific property, and only the details needed for that.

Service providers that run our systems: website hosting, our database, WhatsApp and SMS delivery, email, and analytics. They process your details on our instructions and may not use them for their own purposes.

Authorities, when the law requires it.

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to serve your requirement and for the period that real estate and tax rules require afterwards. Chat transcripts and call-back requests are kept with your enquiry. You can ask us to delete your details earlier; we will do so unless we must keep them by law.

Stop messages: reply STOP to any SMS or WhatsApp from us, or email us, and we will stop marketing messages. We may still contact you about a transaction you are in the middle of.

See, correct or delete your details: write to us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies: aggent.in uses only the cookies needed for the site to work and for anonymous usage statistics. You can block cookies in your browser; the site still works.

Your details are stored on encrypted connections and in systems that only authorised team members can sign in to, each with their own account. We review who has access when people join or leave the team.

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect details of anyone under 18.

When we change this policy we update the date at the top. Material changes will be announced on this page.
